Operatives of the Gombe Zonal Directorate of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) arrested 27 suspected internet fraudsters in Jalingo on Sunday, April 27, 2025.

The suspects were apprehended at Fenson Guest House and Mile 6 in Jalingo, “based on credible intelligence” regarding their alleged involvement in internet fraud.

Items recovered from the suspects include a Toyota Camry car (2013 model), 27 phones, five laptops, and other electronic devices.
