The El-Kanemi Warriors have secured their long-awaited return to the Nigeria Premier League (NPFL) after a dominant 4-1 victory over Sokoto United in the Super 8 competition held at the Cathedral Stadium in Enugu.

This emphatic win marks the end of a three-year stint in the Nigeria National League (NNL) for the Maiduguri-based club.
