The Emir of Tikau, Alhaji Muhammadu Abubakar Ibn Grema has passed away.

Alhaji Muhammadu Abubakar Ibn Grema passed away on Friday at the Specialist Hospital Potiskum following a proctacted illness.

The late Mai Tikau will be fondly remembered for his philanthropy, his devotion to the welfare of the people, and his advocacy for environmental preservation.

The late traditional ruler left behind three wives, many children and grandchildren
