Katsina State Governor Dikko Umaru Radda on Saturday received former Inspector-General of Police Usman Alkali Baba on a courtesy visit to the Government House.

The visit came shortly after the governor’s return from medical leave, following a minor road accident last month.

Baba joined the governor in offering prayers of gratitude for his recovery and commended his resilience.

Radda, in turn, praised the former police chief for what he called “exceptional contributions to Nigeria’s security architecture,” describing him as a patriot who devoted his career to protecting lives and property.

The governor also wished Baba continued good health and God’s blessings for him and his family.
