The National Security Adviser to President Bola Tinubu decorated Aminu Sanusi Lamido Sanusi, the Ciroman of Kano and first son of the 16th Emir of Kano, Muhammadu Sanusi II.

The NSA decorated the Ciroman Kano with the new rank of Superintendent of Police (SP) in a brief ceromy in his office on Abuja on Friday.

Prior to this promotion, Officer Sanusi held the rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP).

The National Security Adviser, Ribadu, congratulated Sanusi on his new rank and commended his commitment and dedication to serving the country.

Aminu Sanusi boasts an impressive educational background, holding a degree in accounting from the University of Buckingham in the United Kingdom.

He also graduated from the Plateau Academy of the Police with the rank of Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP).
