Despite a strong start and several scoring opportunities, Team Banki failed to convert their chances. Team Bama, however, maintained steady ball possession and made their first real chance count, scoring the opening goal and holding the lead through the first 45 minutes.

At the start of the second half, Team Bama made two substitutions that helped strengthen their play. Their pressure paid off when they doubled the lead from a corner kick, with the ball sailing past all contesting players and into the net.
