Vice President Kashim Shettima represented President Bola Ahmed Tinubu at the graduation ceremony of Course 32 participants at the National Defence College on Friday in Abuja.
 
In his address, Vice President Shettima reiterated President Tinubu’s commitment to equipping the military, including invoking constitutional powers to continue arming and empowering the Nigerian military.

He emphasised the importance of strategic leadership in addressing Nigeria’s complex security and development challenges.
 
Vice President Shettima also expressed concern over the state of infrastructure at the National Defence College’s permanent site in Piwoyi, Abuja, despite the administration’s progress in improving the situation.

The graduation ceremony marked the completion of Course 32 at the National Defence College, with Vice President Shettima representing President Tinubu to honour the occasion.
