Hon. Saidu Hassan Jakusko, Ward Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Jaba/Muguram Ward, Jakusko Local Government Area, has rescinded his earlier resignation from the party.

In a letter issued on Friday, Hon. Jakusko expressed his sincere apologies to Governor Mai Mala Buni, stating that he should have been informed of his decision prior to his resignation.

“I want to deeply thank, His Excellency the Deputy Governor of Yobe State, Hon. Idi Barde Gubana, for the fatherly role he played in giving me the listening right and guiding me to reverse my initial decision,” Hon. Jakusko said.

He also expressed gratitude to former member of the House of Representatives, Hon. Zakari Ya’u Galadima, Special Adviser to the Governor on Youth Affairs, Hon. Hashimu Nuhu Hashimu, and other individuals who intervened in the matter.

“I wish to extend my apologies to everyone who felt offended by my previous action,” Hon. Jakusko added.
