Borno State Governor, Professor Babagana Umara Zulum, has approved a minor reshuffle in the State Executive Council, following the swearing-in of two newly appointed commissioners.
In a statement issued by the Secretary to the State Government, Alhaji Bukar Tijani, the reshuffle affects three ministries.
According to the SSG, Mr Tarpaya Asariya has been redeployed from the Ministry of Trade, Investment and Tourism to oversee the Ministry of Inter-Governmental Affairs and Special Duties.
Engr Mohammed Habib has been appointed as the new Commissioner for the Ministry of Environment, while Mr Ibrahim Hala-Hassan now takes over the Ministry of Trade, Investment and Tourism.

Alhaji Tijani added that all handing and taking over processes are to commence with immediate effect.
